I am passionate about supporting people with a wide range of health concerns, in particular for complex needs. I offer face-to-face services in Cambridge and Norwich, home visit services for eligible persons in the surrounding areas and video consultation services for anybody in the UK. With extensive training in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, I have a broad scope of practice.
I run a multi-modal healthcare service using Acupuncture, Facial Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine and Tuina manual therapy to cater for a broad range of healthcare needs. My training in these disciplines is extensive, consisting of six years of study, and since starting my practice in 2016 I have undertaken continuous professional development over a number of areas of health issues to build a wide scope of clinical practice.

Clinical Practice
Experience in clinical practice
I have been in practice as a practitioner of Chinese Medicine since 2016, specialising initially in Acupuncture with Cupping and Guasha, with further qualifications in Tuina Manual Therapy and Chinese Herbal Medicine. With this extensive training, I have a broad scope of practice to support a range of healthcare needs.
Acupuncture Traditional Chinese Medicine, Five Element and Classical traditions of Chinese Medicine, as well as Cupping and Guasha, and Dry Needling and Medical Acupuncture
Tuina Manual Therapy Traditional Chinese Medicine Yin-Style Anmo, Yang-Style Anmo and Tuina Traditions
Chinese Herbal Medicine Neijing and Jingfang classical traditions, the Bu Tu Pai and Wen Bing post-classical traditions, and the Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element contemporary traditions of Chinese Medicine

I have recently relocated to Cambridge, moving in with my long-term partner. In March 2026, I opened at the Beechwood Practice for Complementary Health. I look forward to building my practice here and I am delighted to have the privilege of practising in this extraordinary setting.

My training in Acupuncture, Tuina and Herbal Medicine has consisted of 6 years of study, as well as additional study in Clinical Research:

I was one of the youngest UK acupuncturists to qualify in acupuncture at 22 years old. I have now been in practice 9 years, and went on to become the youngest Chair of the British Acupuncture Council at 30 years old.

Qualifications and areas of interest
I hold an MSc. in Clinical Research. My research methods of interest include systematic review, qualitative, quantitative and implementation science methods. As well as ethical practice, my areas of research interest include:
Systematic Review Effectiveness and safety of Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine and Tuina
Qualitative Patient and practitioner experiences of acupuncture in hospital settings
Quantitative Effectiveness of acupuncture in hospital settings
Implementation Science Use of acupuncture in national healthcare delivery and hospital settings
My MSc. Clinical Research dissertation focused on acupuncture for pain relief in Emergency Department settings, using a Systematic Review method.
